Getting support

Email is our primary support channel. Write to us at contact@harbe-us.com and include your full name, order number (if applicable), and a clear description of what you need. We will reply within a maximum of 2 business days.

You can also reach us through the contact form available at harbe-us.com. Use the same details — name, email, order number, and your message — and we will follow up by email.

Harbe does not currently operate a phone support line.

When we are available

Our team reviews and responds to inquiries from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM US Central Time. Messages received on weekends or public holidays will be answered on the next business day.

Submitting a complaint

If you have a formal complaint, please send an email to contact@harbe-us.com with the subject line "Formal Complaint". Include your order number, a description of the issue, and the outcome you are requesting.

We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and work toward a resolution within 30 calendar days. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, you have the right to escalate:

  • US customers: Federal Trade Commission — www.ftc.gov — or the consumer protection authority in your state
  • EU customers: your national consumer protection authority, or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform — https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
  • UK customers: Citizens Advice or the relevant Trading Standards authority

Privacy and data rights (EU / UK customers)

If you wish to exercise any of your rights under the GDPR or UK GDPR — including access to, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal data — please send an email to contact@harbe-us.com with the subject line "Data Rights Request". Include your full name and a description of the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within one calendar month from receipt of your request.
