Returns & Refunds

At Harbe, every purchase is covered. If something is not right with your order, we are here to make it right — no pressure, no complicated procedures.

At a glance:

Who can return?

Any customer who receives an order through harbe-us.com may request a return within 30 calendar days of the date their order was delivered. You do not need to give a reason.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation
  • Free of signs of use, damage by the customer, or unauthorized modifications

Items that cannot be returned: products that have been used, assembled, or altered from their original state; custom or personalized items made to order.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at contact@harbe-us.com with your order number and a brief description of the item(s) you want to return. If there is a defect, please attach photos.
  2. We will review your request and reply within 1 to 3 business days with return instructions and the address to ship to.
  3. Pack the item securely, include all original contents, and ship it using a tracked service.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued within 14 calendar days to the original payment method.

Who pays return shipping?

If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered — Harbe covers all return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping.

If the return is for personal reasons (changed your mind, wrong size, etc.) — return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a carrier with tracking.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the same payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds through alternative methods. The refunded amount includes the full product price. Original shipping fees are refunded only when the entire order is returned due to our error or a defect.

After we process the refund, please allow 3 to 10 additional business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged or wrong item on delivery

Inspect your package when it arrives. If you notice damage to the outer packaging, note it with the delivery carrier. Contact us at contact@harbe-us.com within 48 hours of receiving the order, including photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve it at no additional cost to you.

Order cancelled or item out of stock

If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock availability, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund within 14 calendar days via your original payment method — no action required from your side.

Warranty

All products purchased through Harbe carry a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and faults not caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

US customers are protected under applicable FTC regulations and state consumer protection laws. EU customers are additionally covered under EU Directive 2019/771/EU. UK customers are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
