Where we ship

Harbe ships to the United States as our primary market, as well as internationally to the European Union and the United Kingdom. Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import fees, or local taxes assessed by the destination country's authorities. These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not controlled or collected by Harbe.

Free shipping — no conditions

Every order placed at harbe-us.com ships at no cost to you. There is no minimum order value, no promo code needed. The total at checkout is the total you pay. Shipping costs, if ever applicable, will always be disclosed separately and clearly before you confirm your order.

Timeline and estimates

Once your payment is confirmed, we begin processing your order within 1 to 2 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 10 to 15 business days, for a total estimated time of 11 to 17 business days from the order date.

These timeframes are estimates. Actual delivery may vary depending on product availability, your location, carrier capacity, weather conditions, or customs processing. In compliance with applicable consumer protection regulations, delivery will not exceed 30 calendar days from order confirmation in any circumstance.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and instructions to follow your parcel in real time. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@harbe-us.com.

Delivery and address accuracy

Your order will be delivered to the exact address you provide at checkout. Please double-check all shipping details before confirming your purchase — Harbe cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address submitted by the customer.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave instructions for re-delivery or collection at a nearby pickup point. Should the parcel be returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you by email to arrange reshipping. Any additional shipping costs resulting from customer-provided address errors may be charged.

Damaged packaging on arrival

If your parcel arrives with visible external damage, note it on the carrier's delivery documentation before signing. Then contact us at contact@harbe-us.com within 48 hours, attaching photographs of both the outer packaging and the item inside. We will take care of it from there.

Order not delivered

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe and tracking is showing no movement, reach out to us with your order number and tracking number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, depending on the outcome, arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund.
