Where your data comes from
We collect your data directly from you when you place an order, contact our support team, or subscribe to marketing communications. Some technical data is collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools when you browse the site. A limited amount of data may come from third-party platforms integrated into our store, such as Shopify and Google Analytics.

Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers necessary to run our business:
- Shopify Inc. — our e-commerce platform
- Shopify Payments and card networks — payment processing
- Shipping and logistics partners — order fulfillment and delivery
- Google Analytics — anonymized site performance data (requires your consent)
- Meta and Google Ads platforms — advertising (requires your cookie consent)
All service providers are contractually bound to use your data only for the purpose we have specified and in compliance with applicable privacy law.
California residents — your CCPA rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how it is used; request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal exceptions); and opt out of the sale of your personal information — note that Harbe does not sell personal data. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To submit a CCPA request, email contact@harbe-us.com with the subject line "CCPA Rights Request".
EU and UK customers — GDPR / UK GDPR rights
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to: access a copy of your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request erasure of data we no longer need to retain; restrict or object to certain types of processing; request data portability; and withdraw any consent given at any time without affecting prior processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@harbe-us.com with the subject line "Data Rights Request", including your name and the specific right you wish to exercise. We will respond within one calendar month.
You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority at any time.
International transfers
Some of our service providers, including Shopify and Google, operate servers outside the United States and European Union. For EU and UK customers, where data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place through standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms recognized under GDPR and UK GDPR.
