Terms of service

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of harbe-us.com and all purchases made through it. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to the conditions set out below. This document is issued in compliance with applicable US FTC regulations and state consumer protection laws. Customers located in the European Union are additionally protected under Directive 2011/83/EU and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Customers in the United Kingdom are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and UK GDPR.

Who we are

Harbe is owned and operated by Brandy Michelle Hargrove, doing business as HARBE, a sole proprietorship registered in the United States.

  • Business address: 4906 Thrush St, Dallas, TX 75209, United States
  • Email: contact@harbe-us.com
  • Website: harbe-us.com
  • Business activity: E-commerce — online retail of consumer products

Placing an order

When you add items to your cart and complete checkout, you are making an offer to purchase. The sales contract between you and Harbe is formed when we send your order confirmation email. That email, together with these Terms, constitutes the full agreement for that transaction.

The purchase process works as follows: select your products → enter your shipping details → choose a payment method → review your order summary (including all costs) → click "Place order" to confirm. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after.

Harbe reserves the right to cancel any order before shipment if a product is unavailable or if a pricing error is detected. In either case, you will be notified by email and a full refund will be issued promptly.

Prices and payment

All prices on harbe-us.com are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes are calculated based on your location and will be shown clearly during checkout before you confirm your order. Prices are subject to change, but any change takes effect only for future orders — your confirmed order is always honored at the price shown at the time of purchase.

Harbe accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • All additional methods available through Shopify Payments at checkout

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, which operates in compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Harbe does not store, access, or retain your full card details at any point.

Intellectual property

All content published on harbe-us.com — including but not limited to brand name, logo, product photography, written descriptions, graphic elements, and site code — is the property of Harbe or its licensed suppliers. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any site content without prior written authorization is prohibited under applicable US and international intellectual property law.

Your responsibilities as a user

By using this site, you agree not to engage in any of the following: placing fraudulent or unauthorized orders; attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user data; uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or disruptive content; impersonating Harbe or any other person; or reselling products purchased from this store without authorization.

Liability

Harbe is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from your use of the site, unless those losses result from our own proven negligence or misconduct. Our maximum liability for any single claim is capped at the total amount you paid for the order that gave rise to that claim. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any rights you hold under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.

Changes to these Terms

Harbe may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect when your order is placed will always govern that transaction. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.
